Mr. Sutton will play an integral role on the executive team with a focus on growth strategy. He will also supervise the company’s operations and ensure effective administrative and reporting procedures.

Mr. Sutton has been an invaluable asset at Core Group Resources for two years. He combines an incredible sense of people, systems, and data with a relentless drive to push to the next level. Mr. Sutton received his BA in Recreation and Leisure Studies at Baylor University. He also studied Organizational Leadership at the Dallas Theological Seminary. He was formerly COO of BuildAid Houston and then VP of Recruiting at Vanderbloemen before joining Core Group Resources. He has over 10 years of executive search and recruiting experience and previously helped grow a consultancy from 8 people to 40+.
