4th Annual Core Group Golf Tournament to Benefit Houston Chapter of Kings Point US Merchant Marine Academy Alumni Association
Katy, TX - In a show of unwavering support for the maritime community, Core Group Resources, a leading staffing and consulting company in the Greater Houston area, is proud to announce its upcoming fourth annual golf tournament on March 24th. The event is set to be a day of camaraderie on the greens and aims to benefit the Houston Alumni Chapter of Kingspoint Merchant Marine Academy.
Founded 11 years ago by Kingspoint Maritime Academy graduate Matt Fuhrman, Core Group Resources has deep-rooted connections within the maritime industry. The company, which employs many maritime academy graduates, has formed strong partnerships with thousands of businesses over the years. Yet, its alliance with the Kingspoint Merchant Marine Academy stands in a special place for the company.
"We are thrilled to organize this golf tournament to give back to the Kingspoint Merchant Marine Academy and foster a sense of community among maritime professionals," said Fuhrman.
The Annual Golf Tournament is a testament to Core Group Resources' commitment to supporting the community that has benefitted the company over the years and presents an exciting opportunity for Kingspoint graduates, supporters, and local businesses to come together for a day of networking, friendly competition, and philanthropy.
Supporting Kingspoint Merchant Marine Academy Alumni Association, the tournament serves as a fundraising initiative to support the Houston Alumni chapter.
