What is a mission statement?

A mission statement defines what line of business a company is in, and why it exists or what purpose it serves. It should be precise and motivate the people that work there and those they serve.

What do we do at Core Group Resources?

We are a recruiting and staffing company assisting companies and people to not just find a job but find a career that makes the company and person better. WE CONNECT PEOPLE TO DESTINY!

Core Group Resources is a veteran owned company with many veterans working here to include myself. As veterans, mission statements are one of the first things you hear when going to a recruiting station regardless of what branch you join. Each mission statement aligns with the core mission of that branch. It serves as a reminder of why you are here.

Those of us that served feel that it was our “destiny” to join and contribute to the country and our way of life. Here at Core Group Resources, we feel the same way. We want to better our communities, companies, and people that live in it. We are motivated to support our clients both company and candidate. We strive to make sure we do what is best for both.

We take our Core Values, Vision, and Mission Statements serious and live by them each day. Our job is to Connect People to Destiny.
